Cognizant Manager – QNXT Consulting in Cheyenne, Wyoming
About the role
As a Manager – QNXT Consulting (Operations-Focused), you will make an impact by leading operational delivery of QNXT consulting engagements for healthcare payer clients. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare & QNXT Consulting team, working closely with client operations leaders, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational stability, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service outcomes.
In this role, you will:
• Lead day-to-day operational delivery for QNXT consulting engagements.
• Govern claims operations, production support, and workflow management activities.
• Manage operational SLAs, KPIs, and service commitments.
• Provide escalation leadership for critical incidents and production issues.
• Partner with clients to align QNXT system behavior with operational business needs.
• Lead and mentor QNXT consultants and delivery leads.

What you need to have to be considered
• 8+ years of healthcare payer or consulting experience with strong QNXT expertise.
• Demonstrated experience in claims operations, production support, or managed services.
• Prior experience leading teams in a consulting or delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of claims adjudication, benefits configuration, and workflows.
These will help you stand out
• Experience managing QNXT production environments.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, or ACA exchange operations.
• Strong client-facing communication and operational governance skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 4/24/26.
The annual salary for this position is between $67,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
