Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description
This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities in engineering, research and development, and other non-IT based projects. The position is based in Cheyenne, WY, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, totaling 50 hours per week. The successful candidate will manage project goals and integrate technical activities efficiently.
Responsibilities
Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve goals and direct technical activities.
Present and explain project proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employee work, ensuring staff competence is maintained.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Essential Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost optimization techniques.
Understanding of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
10+ years of experience in construction management.
Experience with data centers and proficiency with industry-specific tools.
Work Environment
The role is based in Cheyenne, WY, and involves a full-time schedule of 50 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The work involves managing projects and collaborating with various teams to ensure project specifications are met efficiently.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $90.00/hr.
