Actalent Construction Integration Manager in Cheyenne, Wyoming

Job Title: Construction Integration ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Integration Manager to oversee post-construction integration at our project site. This role requires a professional who excels in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring technical and operational readiness for network and server installations. The position is based onsite in Cheyenne, WY, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, working 50 hours a week.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee post-construction integration to ensure the site is 'Ready for Network Install' and 'Ready for Server Install', including management of WAN, LAN, and WLAN systems installation and commissioning.

  • Lead coordination efforts among general contractors, lease providers, internal stakeholders (e.g., Data Center Operations, Security, Engineering), and vendors to align on timelines and technical specifications.

  • Spend approximately 50% of the time on-site conducting field walks, safety meetings, and progress checks, and the other 50% on documentation using tools like O365.

  • Actively promote and enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring all work complies with EHS standards and organizational safety culture.

  • Ensure all systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to meet operational standards before handing off to the operations team, managing dependencies and resolving integration issues.

Essential Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  • Extensive knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for effective manufacturing and distribution.

  • Familiarity with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

  • Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, and models.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience with data center projects and the ability to collaborate effectively.

  • Proficiency with relevant software tools.

Work Environment

This role is onsite in Cheyenne, WY, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, totaling 50 hours per week. The position requires the use of a laptop, mouse, headset, and full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the supplier. The work environment prioritizes safety, adherence to EHS standards, and a collaborative culture.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
