JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary Our Quick Coupling Division is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to help support Parker\'s Chetek, WI plant. This role will report will be responsible for leading a small team of manufacturing engineers or manufacturing support roles. This role oversees design implementation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment under the guidance of operation leaders and our Division Manufacturing Manager. This position does have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports and mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports.What Is a Quick Coupling? Responsibilities Manufacturing Process Flow - Oversees the planning and implementation of manufacturing processes equipment, and tooling. Develops and manages a portfolio of projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects. Collaborates with cross-functional leadership teams, including design, quality, and supply chain, in support of manufacturing processes improvement. Ensures compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in the manufacturing process. Process Improvement - Implements strategies to drive innovation and improve manufacturing processes and technologies. Identifies, recommends and leads improvement plans that impact site level operations. May lead cross functional teams in process improvement initiatives. People Management - Mentors and develops team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles. Provides feedback on individual performance to staff. Ensures staff is trained appropriately to perform assigned work. System Planning - Accountable for productivity and quality metrics and provides progress reports to management and cross-functional stakeholders. Budget & Expense Planning - Supports capital budgeting process and responsible for managing capital projects and capital spending.
