Job Description
Position Summary
Teledyne LeCroy is seeking an Applications Training Lead to support the continued growth of its test equipment business. This on-site role is based at the company’s headquarters in Chestnut Ridge, New York, and is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving technical training programs for global sales, business development, and applications teams.
Core Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, informative, and persuasive in-person technical training and hands-on product demonstrations
Develop, own, and maintain an intuitive, searchable Learning Management System
Proactively create, update, and archive training and reference materials in multiple formats
Collaborate with worldwide sales & marketing management to design tailored training programs
Develop deep technical expertise across Teledyne LeCroy’s measurement applications
Initially work within the Factory Applications Engineering group to develop product and applications knowledge
Plan and coordinate training event logistics
Additional duties may include supporting and maintaining a product demonstration laboratory as an integral resource center for ongoing training
Required Qualifications
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM degree
2-4 years of relevant industry experience
Strong PowerPoint, writing, and presentation skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends
Preferred Qualifications
4–10 years of relevant industry experience
Experience with oscilloscopes and electronic test and measurement equipment
Salary Range:
$96,600.00-$128,800.000
