Job Description
Assist with providing dynamic management leadership for the dining services area and for support staff in accordance with quality standards. Assist with planning, coordinating, and managing operation with annual sales in volume in excess of $3.5 million. Assist with the marketing of unit and department events. Demonstrate maintenance management of annual budget, on-going costs and revenue control. Supervision of junior management, full-time and part-time employees, plus student employees. Develop competent and harmonious management and employee work team; appraising of problems and coaching for immediate improvement. Utilize quality management standards.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $72,450 to $90,550; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business Administration. Extensive relevant experience in combination with education may substitute.
Minimum of four-years' experience in a food service operation, with at least three years in a management capacity of high volume food service operation.
Ability to manage and work effectively with students, faculty, and staff clientele in high-volume and fast-paced environment.
Outstanding organizational, communication, human relations, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate and gain the cooperation of a large and diverse staff.
