Regional Sales Manager

Our client, a leading provider of top-quality storage solutions, is seeking a proven Regional Sales manager to join their sales & marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new company logos as well as upselling and supporting existing customers. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for business development, desire to offer white-glove service, possess industry experience and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Washington, MO

Pay Rate Salary range $65-70K + bonuses

What’s the Job?

  • Responsible for generating new business opportunities with existing customers as well as developing new logos.

  • Proven success with prospecting, negotiating and controlling a long sales cycle.

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to evaluate market trends and industry news.

  • Learn the full product line (several divisions) and support customers with customized solutions.

  • Manage revenue targets throughout the designated territory.

  • Travel to industry trade shows to represent the company and their vast array of products.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 yrs of proven sales experience.

  • Strong ability to build professional, long-term relationships.

  • Ability to learn the array of products offered.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
