? Job Description
As a Quality Inspector , you will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and traceability of parts used in a regulated industry. You'll verify certifications, measure precision components, and ensure every part meets blueprint and quality standards before moving into inventory.
Your contributions directly impact product reliability, customer satisfaction, and overall production quality.
? Responsibilities
Perform receiving inspections with minimal paperwork
Verify certifications and ensure they meet blueprint specifications
Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, rules, and radius gauges
Confirm all dimensions and certifications meet quality requirements
Process non‑conformances and document issues using Oracle
Inspect work‑in‑process parts for accuracy and compliance
Calibrate gauges and test equipment per established schedules
Rotate between WIP inspections and Receiving inspections
⭐ Essential Skills
Strong quality assurance & quality improvement skills
Familiarity with QA standards and testing procedures
Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
➕ Additional Skills & Qualifications
Entry-level to 2–3 years of quality experience
Aerospace experience preferred (not required)
Understanding of military rivet specifications is a plus
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement
Ideal for recent military or technical school graduates

Schedule: Four 10‑hour days
Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Voluntary extra hours available
Dynamic rotation between inspection areas

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesterfield, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
