Logan Health Chester is seeking a compassionate, adaptable Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Chester, Montana. In this role, you will work with patients of all ages, from toddlers taking their first steps to older adults focused on maintaining strength, mobility, and independence. Your day may include helping a high school athlete recover from an injury, supporting stroke rehabilitation, guiding post-operative joint replacement recovery, addressing balance and mobility concerns, or treating common farm- and work-related injuries.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled therapy across a wide range of conditions, diagnoses, and age groups
Monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans as needed
Complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner
Collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues to support recovery goals
Participate in department and community efforts that strengthen rehabilitation services
What You’ll Bring
Current Montana Physical Therapy license, or ability to obtain prior to hire
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current HS AED CPR certification
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software as needed
