Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker with experience in general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using an RF scan gun for inventory management, staging products for pickup, receiving deliveries, and performing small part picking and packing when necessary. The warehouse is a 20,000 square foot facility, and the role includes stacking and breaking down pallets. You will handle products such as solar panels, metal rails, racks, and other electrical components.
Responsibilities
Utilize RF scan gun for inventory management.
Stage products for pickup and receive deliveries.
Perform small part picking and packing as needed.
Stack and break down pallets.
Handle solar panels, metal rails, racks, and other electrical components.
Lift items weighing between 65lbs-70lbs.
Essential Skills
Experience with packing, inventory, and picking.
Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks.
Skills in loading, assembly, labeling, unloading, and order picking.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in breaking down skids, putting items on pallets, staging inventory, and put away and picking.

Work Environment
Work in a 20,000 square foot warehouse alongside a team of 9 employees. The work environment encourages collaboration, with everyone contributing to approximately 14 jobs daily. The role operates Monday through Friday, requiring the ability to lift heavy items as part of daily operations.

This is a Contract position based out of Cheshire, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
