About the Role:
As a CBRE HVAC Technician , you will play a vital role in maintaining the mechanical and electrical equipment that powers commercial HVAC systems across a large industrial facility. Your work ensures optimal performance, safety, and comfort for all building occupants.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
Join the CBRE Team in providing facilities excellence at a 160k sq ft site that is a mix of manufacturing and office space.

What You'll Do:
Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
CT D2 or S2 License required and Valid driver's license required.
EPA Universal Certificate
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including
a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position
is or $36.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is
$43.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate
will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

This role’s compensation structure includes a minimum and maximum base salary. The minimum base salary for the Valuation Analyst position is $41,600 annually or ($20.00 Hourly) and the maximum base salary for the Valuation Analyst position is $47,500 annually or ($22.84 Hourly). The compensation potential that a successful candidate can receive will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, performance, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance. This job will be posted live for a minimum of 96 hours.
