Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $19.50 - $19.50 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Green House Associate :
Plant Care: Water, fertilize, transplant, prune, and deadhead plants to promote healthy growth
Pest & Disease Control: Monitor plant health and apply pesticides or fertilizers as needed
Production & Maintenance: Prepare soil, propagate plants, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe greenhouse environment
Inventory & Logistics: Unpack, stock, and arrange plants; load/unload deliveries and assist with shipping orders
Customer Interaction
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), Weekends
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Physical Stamina: Extensive lifting 50-100lbs, reaching, bending, and standing
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of plants, annuals, perennials, and gardening tools
Environmental Adaptation: Ability to work in hot, humid, and variable greenhouse temperatures
Reliability: Strong work ethic, ability to work independently or in a team, and flexibility to work weekends
