Well established and financially strong small company needs a hands on Full Charge Bookkeeper due to a retirement.
Responsibilities include month end close, monthly financial statement preparation, oversight of AR, AP, payroll and responsible for the office administration.
Minimum requirements include a AS or BS in Accounting, 5 yrs. of relevant experience including AR, AP, Payroll, month end close and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000

Requirements • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, including AR, AP, payroll, and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in handling tasks.
