Compensation & Benefits
Shift 1 Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:30 am-4:00 pm, overtime based on business needs
Starting pay $18.50/hr.
$500 employee referral bonus

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Qualifications
Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Basic math and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs.]
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
Schedule may include evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
