Priority Infiniti is looking for a standout Finance & Insurance professional ready to take the next step as our Finance Director. This role is designed for someone who isn’t just looking for their next stop—but a long-term home where they can lead, perform, and grow.
We’re searching for a proven F&I producer with stability in their career, someone who believes in doing business the right way, building trust with customers, and setting the tone for a high-performing finance department.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Finance & Insurance process while maintaining strong relationships with the sales team and customers
Deliver a transparent, compliant, and customer-focused experience
Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products
Maintain strong lender relationships and maximize deal structure opportunities
Help guide and support the F&I process to ensure deals are handled efficiently and professionally
Set the example for professionalism, ethics, and performance
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in automotive F&I with strong production numbers
Career stability – someone looking to build a long-term career, not bounce store to store
Strong lender knowledge and deal structuring ability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High integrity and commitment to compliance
