The EdGE Primary Youth Development Coordinator helps deliver Mission Downeast initiatives thatleverageeducation, leadership, experiential, outdoor activities, and mentoring-based programs to build youth engagement, aspirations, and resilience. This position supports EdGE afterschool and summer camp programming with a focus on students in kindergarten through 8thgrade. This positionis responsible formanaging staff, planning, and overseeing the EdGE afterschool site and summer camp in Machias.
