Jewish Federation of Southern NJ Pickleball Guest Services Associate in Cherry Hill, New Jersey
Salary Range: $16.00 To $16.50 Annually
Job Summary:
The Pickleball Guest Services Associate is a part-time role and is key in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our pickleball members and guests. As the face of the JCC’s outdoor pickleball program, you will be responsible for welcoming players, managing check-in and court reservations, addressing inquiries, and supporting the daily operations of our courts.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in members and guests upon arrival utilizing our CRM system
Assist with court reservations and scheduling inquiries via our CRM system
Provide accurate and helpful information about pickleball programming and facility usage
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players
Support the daily operations of the outdoor courts, including setup, breakdown, and cleanliness
Monitor court usage and ensure adherence to facility policies and etiquette
Ensure time limitations based on member category are communicated to our member base
Act as a liaison between players and the Fitness & Wellness department, communicating feedback or concerns
Troubleshoot and resolve member issues professionally and promptly
Maintain a consistent presence during scheduled shifts, which may include mornings, evenings, or weekends
Access CRM system to monitor and control reservations and bookings
Required Licenses/ Certificates/Registrations:
- CPR, First Aid and AED certification or willingness to obtain.
Additional Technical Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for creating a positive member experience
Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Prior experience in customer service, recreation, or sports environments preferred
Enthusiasm for pickleball is a plus!
Microsoft office suite and CRM experience preferred.
