Position: Ag Equipment Operator
Requirements: Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
Job Description: Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2091 Agricultural Equipment Operator such as: Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) such as combines to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as alfalfa, wheat, sesame, soybeans; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Attach implements using hand tools; Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience; Workers who possess a valid driver's license and meet all applicable legal requirements, including holding a doctor's certificate as required by 29 CFR 500.105 will be asked to drive vehicles for transporting workers, goods, or commodities on company business. Employer may provide meals to workers in the field on occasion during periods of peak need.
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 45hrs per week.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8hrs Saturday 5hrs 9:00am-6:00pm
Anticipated Period of Employment: 03/03/2026 to 12/19/2026
