A local business in Cherokee is looking for an Inside Sales Assistant to join their fantastic team. This position is responsible for partnering with the Outside Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service, this might be the position for you! Office Responsibilities:
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain files.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain vendors certificates of insurance and obtaining new COIs as needed.
Send out customer account statements monthly.
Meet or exceed business sales goals, input orders into SAP
Quote orders for new jobs with guidance of managers, work regularly with sales team.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
General office experience preferred. strong phone, negotiation and closing skills.
Previous metal building or roofing industry experience required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Self-driven and a strong work ethic.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Computer proficiency, previous inside sales experience preferred.
Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
