Your Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical and conceptual support to HR Business Partners and HR Managers across various HR topics.
Manage recruitment processes, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
Assist in career development by discussing career paths, assessing candidates, and recommending talent.
Perform routine HR and salary administration tasks while advising managers and employees on personnel matters.
Lead data management tasks such as weekly headcount and turnover reporting, SAP data audits, and job description tracking.
Support HR projects and programs such as employee investigations, exit interviews, training enrollments, and employee events.
Collaborate with training and leadership teams to manage outreach programs and orientation sessions.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent management, benefits administration, employee time administration, or payroll
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; SAP experience is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to engage with people and provide effective solutions
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR processes efficiently
