CMP 공정 평가와 실험실 운영을 안정적으로 지원하고, 장비 운영·설비 관리·안전 준수를 통해 Lab의 원활한 기술 활동을 지원할 Senior Lab Technician 을 찾습니다.

주요업무

Lab 설비, 시설 운영 및 안전 관리

• 환경안전 보건 정책과 Qnity 안전 정책에 기반하여 안전하게 업무 수행

• CMP Lab내 설비 및 시설에 대한 관리 및 순간정지 대응

• LK-Polisher, FX200, RS200, HRP340, Sorter 등

• DIW system, Chiller, Scrubber, Wastewater system, Clean booth, slurry/chemical supply system 등

CMP 공정 평가 준비 및 운영

• Pad 탈부착 & Break-in 진행, Slurry 준비 및 flushing, Brush 교체, Head 교체 등 셋업

• 평가 전후 Wafer의 계측 작업 지원 (두께, 저항, 단차 등)

• 평가 결과에 대한 정리 및 Raw Data 공유 및 업로드

CMP 공정 및 화학 물질 이해 기반 업무 수행

• 반도체 공정, 재료 공정, CMP공정 이해

• 업무 수행시 취급하는 화학 물질 특성을 정확한 이해 및 핸들링

업무 프로세스 개선 및 기술 공유

• 업무,교육에서 습득한 지식/기술을 기반으로 팀내 공유 및 역량 향상 기여

• 공정 변경 관리(MOC) 및 표준 운영 절차 (SOP) 작성 및 유지

필수 조건 :

• 2025년 4월1일부터 근무 가능자

• Lab내 유사 업무 경험자 (설비 Trouble shooting 가능자 우대)

• Polishing 평가를 위한 Slurry & Chemical 준비 및 취급 가능자

• 20KG Pail을 들고 1미터 이내를 이동할 수 있는 신체적 능력

• 방진복, 방진화, 방진모, 보안경, 장갑, 마스크 착용에 문제가 없는 분

• MS 파워포인트, 워드, 엑셀 사용 가능

• 문서 및 구두 의사 소통 능력, 커뮤니케이션 관리 능력

• 여러가지 업무에 대한 동시 수행 능력, 문제 해결 능력, 시간 관리 능력

• 미국/대만과 협업 위한 영어 소통 가능 (이메일, 전화회의)

• 품질 및 청정 관리에 대한 이해 보유자
