Qnity is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to support and strengthen physical security operations across global sites.

This role is responsible for managing site‑level and centralized security programs, providing operational oversight, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to mitigate risk, respond to incidents, and maintain safe, secure facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee physical security programs and operations across global company sites, including:

  • Facility access and egress controls

  • Security Operations Center (GSOC) management/oversight

  • Incident response and investigations

  • Security risk assessments

  • Facilities and grounds safety/security inspections

  • Provide operational security leadership through a combination of program management and hands‑on security operations.

  • Oversee daily security operations and ensure effective monitoring, response, and mitigation through both site‑level and centralized security capabilities (e.g., GSOC).

  • Controls and monitors facility access and egress, leads incident response and investigations, and conducts periodic inspections of facilities and grounds to proactively or reactively identify risks, issues, and hazards.

  • Partners closely with local business teams, site security leaders and site stakeholders to support security operations, align on risk priorities, and drive consistent execution across sites.

  • Conduct periodic and ad‑hoc inspections to proactively or reactively identify risks, vulnerabilities, and hazards.

  • Lead security projects and initiatives, including deployment or enhancement of security systems, processes, and operational models.

  • Partner with IT, Facilities, Compliance, EHS, and Business Operations to ensure security programs align with enterprise standards and business needs.

  • Apply and interpret company policies and standards, recommending improvements to security processes and practices.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, or directional leadership to security staff or cross‑functional contributors, as applicable.

  • Support global security initiatives and travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in physical security, security operations, or related fields (corporate, manufacturing, critical infrastructure, or global enterprise environments).

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Physical security operations and technologies

  • GSOC operations or incident management

  • Security risk assessment and mitigation practices

  • Proven experience managing security programs, projects, or operational functions with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to analyze complex situations, assess multiple data sources, and exercise sound judgment during incidents or operational challenges.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience working cross‑functionally.

  • Ability to Speak and Write in English

  • Willing and eligible to travel internationally as required

  • This role is open to candidates based in Seoul or Cheonan. Ability to work from Cheonan Site will be preferred

  • Training in GSOC or Security Operations; ASIS CPP, PSP and/or Security Project certification is a plus.
