본 포지션은 천안 사이트 사업부에서 생산되는 제품과 사용 원료에 대한 품질 분석 업무를 수행하며 , 실험실 환경에서 분석 기기 활용과 팀 협업을 통해 제조 품질을 안정적으로 지원하는 역할 입니다.

해당 역할은 신입 또는 주니어 경력 단계 의 인재가 분석 및 품질 분야에서 전문성을 쌓아갈 수 있도록 설계되어 있으며, 선임 기술자 및 다양한 유관부서와 협력하며 실무 경험을 축적할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다.

주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities)

• 실험실 내 안전, 건강 및 환경(EHS) 기준을 최우선으로 준수하며 업무 수행

• 정의된 분석 방법 및 표준 운영 절차(SOP)에 따라 제품 및 원료 분석 테스트 수행

• 분석 장비의 일일 점검 및 기본적인 성능 확인 수행

• 온도, 습도, 파티클 수준 등 실험실 환경 점검 을 통해 분석 적합 상태 유지

• 승인된 품질 기준에 따라 분석 장비 및 측정 기기의 교정(Gage R&R 포함) 수행 지원

• 테스트 수행 전 분석 절차 및 방법 확인

• 분석 관점에서의 문제 해결 활동 참여 및 장비 유지보수 업무 지원

• 실험실의 청결도 및 정리 상태를 유지하여 분석 품질과 고객 기대 수준 충족

• 선임 실험실 기술자와 협력하여 안전하고 효율적인 실험실 운영 지원

• R&D, 품질, 개발 엔지니어링, 제조, 물류 및 공급망 등 유관부서와 협업하여 시료 준비 및 분석 업무 수행

지원 자격 (Qualifications)

• 고등학교 졸업 이상

• 신입 또는 관련 경력 2년 미만

• 화학, 화공, 재료 등 화학계열 전공자 또는 관련 직무 경험자 우대

• 실험실 환경에서의 안전 수칙 준수에 대한 기본적인 이해

• 팀 기반 환경에서 협업과 커뮤니케이션에 강점이 있는 분

• 교대근무 및 주말 근무 가능
