주요 업무

1. 프로젝트 전 생애주기 관리

• FEL, 설계, 구매, 시공, 시운전 및 종료까지 자본 프로젝트 수행 전반에 참여 및 관리

• 프로젝트 실행 계획에 따라 일정, 비용, 품질, 안전 요건을 충족하도록 프로젝트 수행 지원

• EPC/FSDC 등 외부 파트너 및 사내 유관부서와 협업하여 프로젝트 진행

• 시운전 및 운영 이관 단계에서 생산, 시설, EHS 등 관련 조직과 협업

• 설비 신뢰성과 안정적인 운영을 고려한 유지보수 개념 반영 및 문서화 지원

2. 예산 및 비용 관리

• 프로젝트 예산 수립 및 집행 관리 지원

• 비용 산정, 예측, 변경 사항 관리 및 재무 관련 자료 작성

• 투자 타당성 검토 및 비용 최적화 방안 검토 참여

• 승인된 프로젝트 범위 내에서 변경 사항 관리에 기여

3. 규정, 안전 및 품질 관리

• 한국 내 관련 법규 및 회사 정책에 따른 프로젝트 수행 지원

• PSM, EHS, 품질 및 내부 표준에 부합하도록 프로젝트 진행 관리

• 설계 및 시공 단계에서 품질 요건 충족 여부 확인 및 개선 사항 조율

4. 일정 및 리스크 관리

• 프로젝트 일정 수립 및 업데이트 지원, 주요 마일스톤 관리

• 프로젝트 리스크를 사전에 식별하고 대응 방안 수립에 기여

5. 이해관계자 관리

• 사내 유관부서 및 외부 협력업체와의 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 역할 수행

• 프로젝트 진행 상황 공유 및 주요 이슈 조율

• 명확한 역할 정의와 협업을 통해 프로젝트 수행을 원활히 지원

6. 계약 및 구매 관리

• RFP, 입찰 평가 및 협력업체 선정 프로세스 지원

• 계약 조건 검토 및 협력업체 성과 관리에 참여

• 회사 거버넌스 및 관련 법규, 보안 및 지식재산 요건 준수 지원

자격 요건

• 학사 또는 석사 학위 소지자 (기계공학 또는 화학공학 전공자 우대)

• 다음 중 하나 이상의 경력 보유자

• FEL 및 EPCM 수행 경험을 포함한 캐피탈 프로젝트 관리 경력 5년 이상 EPC 수행 환경에서의 프로젝트 경험 10년 이상

• 산업 시설의 엔지니어링, 시공 및 시운전 관련 기본적인 이해

• 다양한 부서 및 글로벌 환경에서 협업할 수 있는 역량

• AutoCAD 및 MS Project 사용 경험 우대

• PMP 등 프로젝트 관리 관련 전문 자격증 소지자 우대

• 원활한 영어 커뮤니케이션 필수
