Key job responsibilities

RBS (Retail Business Services) is looking for a senior leader with experience in managing and leading large-scale programs and product implementations. You will be responsible for managing programs pertaining to onboarding new, customer relevant selection on global Amazon stores by partnering with business, category management teams, and providing critical insights to our selling partners. As a single threaded leader for the program, you will own the global expansion charter of these programs, including:

(1) topline (business metrics, financial impact) and bottom line (resource investment) planning

(2) preparation of short term and long term plans, including pilots, feature launches, and program expansion

(3) Manage communications across multiple global stakeholders and senior leaders

(4) hire and develop the team and growth plans

We strive to offer seamless listing experience for all our selling partners and grow our WW catalog. To succeed with this vision, we want to provide friction less and hassle-free listing experience for all our vendors/sellers and onboard new products daily. To accelerate and excel in our execution, we want to leverage scalable tech solutions and expand our programs globally.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
