Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation Tool and Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Networks and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Developer will play a crucial role in driving automation initiatives and enhancing network efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement automation solutions using Robotics Process Automation Tool to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions.
Oversee the deployment and integration of automation tools within existing network infrastructure.
Provide technical expertise and support for automation projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Conduct regular assessments of network systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve any issues related to automation tools and network systems.
Monitor the performance of automated processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and network management.
Document all automation processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
Train and mentor junior developers on automation tools and techniques.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and network technologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation strategies to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Robotics Process Automation Tool and Automation.
Should possess strong domain knowledge in Networks.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Should have experience in deploying and integrating automation tools within network systems.
Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Should have strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Must be able to train and mentor junior developers effectively.
