This role requires a blend of clinical expertise change management and digital dataflow knowledge to drive organizational transformation. Assess current clinical processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline care pathways. Lead transformation projects from planning to execution. Facilitate training and workshops for clinicians and staff. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Act as a liaison between clinical teams IT and administration. Translate clinical needs into actionable technology and process solutions.
