Job Description*
IOS Developer to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Apple platforms. Resource should have ability to work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver performant, user-friendly apps
Android Developer to build robust and scalable Android applications to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android platforms. Resources should drive architecture decisions, deliver complex features, and mentor developers while ensuring high-quality Android applications at scale
Responsibilities*
Architect and implement scalable iOS applications
Lead technical design discussions and code reviews
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
Mentor mid- and junior-level developers
Collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into technical solutions
Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment
Manage App Store releases and post-production support
Design and architect scalable Android applications
Lead development efforts and technical decision-making
Optimize app performance, stability, and security
Review code and mentor team members
Collaborate with product and leadership teams
Drive adoption of best practices and new Android technologies
Oversee Google Play releases and monitoring
Requirements*
Education*
- Graduation / Post Graduation
B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)

Experience Range*
- 9+ Years
Foundational Skills*
Must have 10+ years of overall application development experience.
Must have hands-on iOS development experience, specifically with Swift and SwiftUI
Must have hands-on Android development experience, specifically with Java or Kotlin
Having experience with Jetpack Compose is a plus
Must understand iOS and Android application setup and configuration
Must understand iOS and Android application CI/CD (application building and deployment) processes
Should have worked with common mobile device capabilities, such as biometric authentication, push notifications, camera, microphone, etc.
Must understand common mobile application architectural patterns, design patterns, and programming best practices
Must be able to work with Product Owners to translate business requirements/”user stories” into technical requirements and effectively explain the technical requirements to the offshore developers as required
Should understand common mobile application development non-functional requirements, such as those related to security, compliance, operations/resiliency, etc.
Having experience leading development teams in any capacity is a plus
Having experience mentoring relatively junior and/or peer developers in a technical sense is a further plus
should be flexible enough to support production incident troubleshooting and planned application production releases
