This role is responsible for designing, creating, managing, and maintaining high-quality test data to support automated testing. The role ensures the consistent provisioning of accurate, reusable, and compliant test data to enable reliable testing, integration validation, and CI/CD execution. The Senior Test Engineer works closely with testing, development, and business teams to understand test data needs, translate requirements into test data strategies, and support scalable automation. The role contributes to test planning, defect analysis, and continuous improvement of test data provisioning process and tool. Key Responsibilities Design and implement test data strategies supporting automated integration and regression testing Create, provision, refresh, and maintain reusable test datasets across environments Support CI/CD pipelines by ensuring reliable and repeatable test data availability Develop and enhance internal test data generation tool Collaborate with automation engineers to provision test data Validate test data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards Analyze bugs and data-related failures and recommend or implement fixes Document test data processes, standards, and best practices Support cross-functional teams to analyze and implement test data solutions Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes Experience with test automation frameworks and test data Proficiency in SQL and data analysis Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and pipelines Experience working with cloud platforms Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
