Primary Responsibilities:
RPA Solution Delivery
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation using UiPath and Power Automate (cloud & desktop flows)
Build robust workflows with error handling, retry logic, logging, and alerts
Integrate bots with APIs, databases, SharePoint, emails, and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing; manage production releases and post-deployment validation
OCR & Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
Lead OCR-based automation projects using Amazon Textract, ABBYY, Tesseract, and Document Intelligence Services (DIS)
Design pipelines for document classification, data extraction, validation, and enrichment
Implement template-free and layout-aware models for complex documents (invoices, forms, contracts)
Build quality gates (confidence thresholds, exception handling, human-in-the-loop reviews)
AI/ML for Advanced Automation (secondary but valuable)
Develop IDP enhancements (e.g., post-OCR cleanup, entity recognition, fuzzy matching)
Build NLP/RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval, email triage, and case routing
Use agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen) for task orchestration and LLM-based automation when appropriate
Perform model monitoring, drift analysis, and bias/fairness checks for responsible AI
Stakeholder Management & Discovery
Conduct process discovery workshops; translate business requirements into automation specs
Build solution design documents (SDD), PDDs, and risk assessments
Communicate status, risks, and ROI with business stakeholders and leadership
Architecture, Integration & Governance
Define automation architecture, including orchestrators, queues, assets, credentials, and scaling strategy
Establish governance standards: coding conventions, peer reviews, version control, documentation
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and access control policies
Operations & Reliability
Set up orchestration, scheduling, and observability (dashboards, logs, metrics)
Own incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of bots
Optimize for performance, cost, and maintainability; reduce failure rates and manual interventions

Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in UiPath, Power Automate or other RPA tools, Data Science, AI/ML, or a similar role
Experience in leading a team of data scientists
Hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI/ML projects
Solid programming skills in Python, with experience in pandas, numpy, and SQL
Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
Solid understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts
Knowledge of the full life cycle of AI/ML projects, including EDA, model development, tuning, and drift analysis
Understanding of bias/fairness testing and responsible use of AI/ML
Proven excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
Solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
