Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to support development and deployment processes.
Oversee the integration of Github Actions Gitlab CI Jenkins and ArgoCD to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Provide expertise in AWS DevOps to enhance cloud infrastructure and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business objectives and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.
Implement security best practices to protect infrastructure and data integrity.
Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Document infrastructure processes and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure to support business growth. Qualifications
Possess extensive experience with Github Actions Gitlab CI Jenkins and AWS DevOps.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Have a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and best practices for security and performance.
Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
Show proficiency in scripting languages for automation and process improvement.
Display a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies and tools.
Certifications Required
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Jenkins Certification
