Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of mainframe applications using CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol. With a focus on delivering high-quality solutions the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of mainframe technologies and the ability to guide and mentor team members.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and maintenance of mainframe applications using CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.

Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in mainframe technologies and incorporate them into projects.
Mentor junior developers and provide training to enhance their technical capabilities.

Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol with hands-on experience.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
