About the Role
As a Learning Partner / Project Manager – Global Sales & Consulting Education , you will play a pivotal role in shaping, managing, and delivering high-impact learning initiatives for Cognizant’s global sales and consulting community. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand performance needs while independently driving the end-to-end execution of complex, global learning programs.
This is a high-visibility role supporting a mature, professional audience across multiple geographies. You will operate as both a strategic learning partner and a hands-on project manager , ensuring learning solutions are business-aligned, expertly designed, and delivered with rigor, quality, and measurable impact.
In this role, you will:
Learning Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to global sales and consulting leaders, deeply understanding business priorities, performance challenges, and capability needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives, success metrics, and delivery approaches tailored to an experienced, global audience.
Ensure learning initiatives align with Cognizant’s go-to-market strategy, sales methodology, and consulting capabilities.
Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent global learning initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk logs, and governance documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional resources, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless execution.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues while driving mitigation strategies.
Ensure clear, consistent communication across stakeholders, project teams, and business units.
Instructional Design & Development
Design and develop engaging learning solutions including e-learning, instructor-led training, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and communications.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create business-relevant, outcome-driven content.
Incorporate real-world case studies, simulations, and scenarios reflecting global sales and consulting complexities.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
Gather feedback from learners, facilitators, and stakeholders to drive data-informed improvements.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices in sales enablement and consulting capability development.

What you must have to be considered
Demonstrated experience working with sales and/or consulting audiences , with a strong understanding of their challenges, skill sets, and performance drivers.
Extensive project management experience , managing complex, global learning initiatives end to end.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives to strategic outcomes.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Miro).
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) strongly preferred.

These will help you succeed
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools, consulting frameworks, and enterprise learning platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, etc.).
Certification in instructional design or learning development methodologies (ATD CPLP, Instructional Design Certificate, etc.).
Strong cultural awareness and ability to operate effectively in diverse global environments.
High attention to detail with a strong drive for quality and excellence.
