The OTM Configuration Specialist is responsible for hands-on system configuration to support Customer Onboarding and RUN activities. Working closely with the Configuration Lead, you will deliver accurate, timely, and well-documented configurations while collaborating with internal and external teams.
How you create impact
Configure OTM modules including order management, shipment planning, rates, and automation rules
Set up user roles, screens, and domain configurations based on defined standards
Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT by resolving configuration-related issues
Maintain clear documentation, audit trails, and updates in tools such as JIRA and Monday.com
Collaborate with Configuration Leads, Solution teams, and subcontractors to resolve dependencies
Contribute to process improvements and maintain knowledge of OTM capabilities
What we would like you to bring
6+ years of hands-on experience in OTM configuration
Strong understanding of OTM data structures and process flows
Experience in configuration-driven project environments preferred
Good analytical skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Hybrid working environment
