Kuehne+Nagel Integrated Logistics Customer Onboarding - Configuration Specialist in Chennai, India

The OTM Configuration Specialist is responsible for hands-on system configuration to support Customer Onboarding and RUN activities. Working closely with the Configuration Lead, you will deliver accurate, timely, and well-documented configurations while collaborating with internal and external teams.

How you create impact

  • Configure OTM modules including order management, shipment planning, rates, and automation rules

  • Set up user roles, screens, and domain configurations based on defined standards

  • Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT by resolving configuration-related issues

  • Maintain clear documentation, audit trails, and updates in tools such as JIRA and Monday.com

  • Collaborate with Configuration Leads, Solution teams, and subcontractors to resolve dependencies

  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain knowledge of OTM capabilities

What we would like you to bring

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in OTM configuration

  • Strong understanding of OTM data structures and process flows

  • Experience in configuration-driven project environments preferred

  • Good analytical skills; SQL knowledge is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Hybrid working environment
