The role
The primary function of the Inside Sales Specialist (Cloud Desk) is to help SoftwareOne indirect business team to onboard net new partners and their customers for different cloud services in SoftwareOne’s (Self-service) partner portal (Cloud IQ portal). It is important to build the seamless experience for the partners for onboarding their customers to the Cloud IQ portal.
The Inside Sales Specialist will be closely aligned with the sales team to provide the required information from the partners related to License & Service management and Cost management. Effectively explain and enable the partners to understand all the features of the Cloud IQ portal.
The Inside Sales Specialist drives growth by supporting the partners on order processing and enabling the required services, they will be responsible for effective use of the Cloud IQ portal by partners for leveraging all the features and meeting their customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide enablement of the self-service partner portal to newly onboarded partners for effectively use the portal for order processing and check different cost management features.
Enable partners for onboarding their customers to the SoftwareOne portal by providing the complete process and features for using the Cloud IQ portal seamlessly.
Conducting continuous enablement sessions on the Self-service partner portal on features and benefits time to time.
Understand the Microsoft Licensing Model, CSP preferred.
Knowledge of partner business environments and needs.
Proficient with Microsoft excel in provisioning different reports for supporting Sales team.
Overview of the Public Cloud Platform is an advantage, and the ability to understand the prerequisites for partner and customer onboarding.
Knowledge of other software publishers is always welcome as well.
Follow up with Existing CSP Partners for the account creation and guide them for creating subscriptions in our Cloud IQ Portal.
Provide the timely update on the renewal of subscription-based license well before the due dates.
Support sales team to create cost sheet approvals to seek approvals from the relevant approving authority.
Continuously update the CRM and share the required information with the Sales team.
What we need to see from you
5-8 years’ experience in Sales operations with Graduation or equivalent degree.
Good understanding of order loading processes.
Candidates with relevant experience and an appetite to understand and learn new processes in sales operations will be a plus.
Experience in Sales process (CRM) is recommended.
Proficient in working on Microsoft Office and Word.
Excellent communication skills.
