Job Summary
Specialist 3, IS Solutions Tech & Automation, focused on solving business automation problems with low‑code/no‑code development and acts as a technical lead within the IS Solutions Tech & Automation team. This role is responsible for translating solution designs into technical requirements, developing low code/no code applications, and providing technical oversight and mentorship to junior team members.
You will build advanced automation solutions using Power Apps, Alteryx, APIs, and internal tools, while also guiding development standards, and SDLC compliance. Working knowledge of Python or .NET is preferred for data integration.

Core Responsibilities:
Converts business concepts into detailed, actionable technical requirements.
Develops advanced and complex Power Apps, Alteryx workflows, and integrated automations.
Partners withleadershiptovalidatedesigncompleteness and feasibility.
Performs code reviewsof junioremployeeswork for alignment to requirements, quality, and best practices.
Integrates API and Data Connections to our solutions.
Shares responsibility with the Manager for ensuring SDLC compliance, documentation completeness, andreleasereadiness.
Oversees vulnerability and patch remediation workflows, helping assign tasks and ensure execution.
Reviews vulnerability findings, interprets technical impact, and escalates issues as needed.
Collaborates with business analysts, stakeholders, and developers to shape effective solutions.
Contributes to roadmap planning, feasibility analysis, and development estimates.
