Primary Responsibilities:
Handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently while ensuring meeting the desired SLAs
Write the SQL scripts for various business needs
Analyze code, understand its purpose, and modify it to run successfully

Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing end-to-end problem resolution
Provide support for critical production systems. Willingness to work on Shifts as per business needs
Share technical expertise with team members

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience working with Production Support processes and teams
Experience working with globally distributed teams to execute daily tasks
Experience in Advanced SQL
Demonstrated success working within a collaborative team environment
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multiple projects with minimal direction and supervision
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work on Shifts as per business needs
