The Autonomy Project Team Leader provides delivery leadership for crossfunctional engineering teams building and maintaining business critical applications deployed on a Kubernetes based platform across on premise and AWS environments .
This role is accountable for delivery execution, predictability, quality, and risk management , enabling teams to deliver highimpact outcomes while operating within enterprise agile practices and platform standards. The role partners closely with Product Owners, Platform teams, and stakeholders to ensure value is consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery execution for 2–3 cross functional engineering teams delivering critical applications.
Own delivery health including planning, dependencies, risks, quality, and schedule commitments.
Facilitate agile execution using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid deliverymodels;lead core delivery ceremonies.
Proactively identify and remove delivery impediments; drive mitigation of crossteam and platform dependencies.
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and alignment to business priorities.
Coordinate with Platform Engineering, SRE, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure deployment readiness and operational stability.
Use delivery metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform leadership decisions.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in software delivery, engineering project leadership, or agile delivery roles.
Proven experience leading teams delivering enterprise or business critical applications .
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices in multi team, complex environments .
Experience working with cloud (AWS) and on premise application deployments; Kubernetes exposure preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Engineering Project/Program Lead.
Experience supporting high availability, operationally critical, or regulated systems .
Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and riskmanagement skills.
Agile or delivery certifications (CSM, PSM,SAFe, PMP, or equivalent).
