Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with product managers to define and deliver on key business and product development strategies
Coach and support scrum master's and team members in use of agile software development best practices
Communicate project status to stakeholders, Report on jeopardies, concerns and items for discussion during weekly project status update meeting
Plan and facilitate agile software development meetings, including sprint planning, kickoff, demo and retrospective
Identify and manage project risks, communicate with stakeholders, develop and execute risk mitigation plans
Leverage AI to improve communication, project organization, and project reporting
sprint performance data and produce/analyze sprint metrics

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master
Experience project managing / leading custom software development efforts
Experience motivating and leading multi-functional teams in the delivery of complex solutions
Experience working with both onshore and offshore agile software development teams
Experience and proficiency using project management software such as Rally or JIRA
Understanding of infrastructure, network, and technology terminology and concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must be a "driver" with a result-driven mindset
