Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production use
Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, evaluation, and inference
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business problems into ML solutions
Optimize model performance, reliability, and efficiency through experimentation and tuning
Integrate ML models into applications via APIs and microservices
Monitor models in production, addressing data drift, model decay, and performance issues
Apply best practices in MLOps, including versioning, CI/CD, and automated testing
Ensure data quality, security, privacy, and responsible AI compliance
Document designs, experiments, and decisions for maintainability and knowledge sharing
Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and tools and apply them where appropriate

Required Qualifications:
Experience or knowledge in the following:
Programming: Python (primary), plus Java/C++/Go as needed
Machine Learning: Supervised & unsupervised ML, model evaluation, feature engineering
Deep Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras; CNNs, RNNs, Transformers
Generative AI: LLM fine tuning, prompt engineering, RAG systems
Data Processing: Pandas, NumPy, Spark (distributed data workflows)
MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring & drift detection
Cloud Platforms: Azure or AWS (model deployment, AI/ML services)
Vector Search: Pinecone, Milvus, Azure AI Search (embedding & retrieval systems)
Databases: SQL, Postgres, NoSQL
API Development: RESTful API integration, JSON handling
AI System Design: End to end ML lifecycle design & architecture
Authentication & Authorization: OAuth, JWT (for securing ML apps/services)
Mathematics: Linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics
Testing: Unit tests for Python/ML pipelines
Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
Experiment Tracking: MLflow, Weights & Biases
NLP & CV Skills: Embeddings, tokenization, semantic search, image models
Linux & DevOps: Shell, scripting, environment management
