As an Account Manager Sales, you will be responsible for driving channel partner growth across India by engaging new and existing partners, strengthening the Crayon partner portfolio, and building a sustainable pipeline of opportunities. You will work closely with partners to improve profitability and operational efficiency through Crayon’s services and vendor ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive channel partner growth across India
Engage with new and existing channel partners of Crayon to increase their profitability and operational efficiency
Develop existing Crayon Partner portfolio via channel engagement
Build a healthy pipeline of potential Crayon partners
Understand each partner’s value proposition and identify how Crayon services and vendor portfolio can increase partner’s profitability
Identify partner needs and align with Crayon tools and services to reduce partners’ time spent on software purchases, cloud management, and billing
Develop sales growth strategy including target market identification, mapping Crayon offerings to market needs, and creating targeted annual / quarterly / monthly sales plans
Participate in review of proposal deliverables ensuring the proposal package meets the structure & content requirements of customer
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager in India and the wider team to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives
What we need to see from you
6+ years’ experience from similar business area, such as vendors, services providers, system integrators, cloud resellers and/or ISVs
Solid experience from recruiting and developing partners within the IT Channel
Experience with Microsoft CSP Business, as well as AWS business along with Service business.
Specific sales experience with cloud, licensing and services is highly regarded
Languages required: Professional level English, written & spoken
