Job Summary:
The Operations Entry Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operations within the organization. This role involves collecting and analyzing operational data, assisting in the implementation of operational procedures, and providing support to senior analysts and supervisors. The Entry Analyst works closely with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Management
•Input and update data in various systems and databases
•Ensure accuracy and completeness of data
•Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors
•Perform regular data audits to maintain data integrity
Document and Report Generation
•Create and update reports for operations and management teams
•Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations
•Prepare presentations and visual aids for data presentation
Process Improvement
•Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions
•Work with cross functional teams to implement process improvements
•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes
Compliance and Quality Assurance
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
•Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
•Identify and report any compliance issues to management
Project Management
•Assist in project planning and coordination
•Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders
•Communicate project timelines and deliverables to team members

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
