协助采购经理制定并更新酒店所有餐厅和部门的现有征用单。 确保遵照公司和地方酒店的所有采购政策和流程。 协助采购经理制定合同定单（例如电话和互联网）。 了解合同义务和供应商状态的优先考虑。 监控所有未决定的采购请求和采购定单 ，以确保将任何延迟期限降至最短。 与个别部门主管合作，将面额股票维持在适当水平，并调节流动性较慢的产品。 监督、激励并发展采购供应商。
必须能够灵活的安排工作时间，以便完成所有重要职责和工作。 必须具备较强的人际交往和组织技巧。 熟练使用Windows, Word, Excel及MC软件。
