·始终如一地提供专业、友好和周到的服务. ·按照订单信息准确核对餐品、餐具及配套物品，遵循服务标准，准时、安全地将餐食送至宾客客房。 ·在客房内规范摆放餐食，向宾客介绍餐品并提供必要的用餐协助，主动询问宾客需求，确保服务贴心周到。 ·及时响应宾客在送餐过程中的反馈与需求，简单问题现场解决，复杂问题第一时间反馈给上级处理。 ·全面了解酒水单和促销活动。 ·全面了解所有菜单项、配料、含量和制作方法。 ·在提供餐饮时须遵循所有安全和环境卫生政策。
·有餐饮领域的领导经验者优先 ·要求有使用销售点终端系统的经验 ·要求能熟练操作计算机尤其是微软应用程序 ·有相关领域的本科/大专学历者优先 ·出色的沟通和组织能力 ·高度负责和可靠 ·能够在节奏快、压力大的环境下出色地完成工作
