IHG 西餐副厨师长(sous chef)-成都影视城voco酒店 in Chengdu, China

  1. 协助行政总厨统筹西厨房日常运营,监督各岗位出品质量、食品安全及操作规范执行情况;
  2. 负责菜单研发、成本控制、物料计划与库存管理,配合完成季度/年度菜品更新及节令推广;
  3. 指导并培训厨房员工,提升团队专业技能与服务意识,落实食品安全与卫生管理制度;
  4. 参与厨房排班、绩效反馈及跨部门协作,保障餐饮服务高效有序运行;
  5. 严格执行国家及行业关于食品卫生、安全生产、劳动保护等相关法律法规要求。

  6. 具有3年及以上高星级酒店或大型连锁餐饮企业厨房管理经验,具备中餐、西餐或融合菜系实操能力;

  7. 熟悉餐饮食品安全管理体系、厨房设备操作及能耗管理,持有有效健康证明;
  8. 具备良好的组织协调能力、抗压能力及团队带教经验,能适应倒班及节假日工作安排;
  9. 遵守《劳动法》《就业促进法》等法律法规,无就业歧视倾向,尊重多元背景员工;
