职位描述
作为TI的制造部生产主管实习生，你是生产运作的掌控者，数据的分析师，产品质量和产量的执行者，各个部门的协调者，你将：
• 带领一线生产团队完成生产目标，使命必达，共同成长
• 进行生产现场管理、人员安排与班次协调
• 实时跟进生产计划执行、产能达成状况、与工程/品管/技术等部门合作解决产品和生产相关问题
• 参与TI成都和TI全球工厂的各种项目，实现生产效率提升、制造成本降低与生产交期改善
• 有机会参与或者领导工厂自动化项目

• 对半导体行业有热情，对芯片制造感兴趣
• 能适应工厂工作节奏，能接受无尘车间工作环境和上二休二的倒班模式
• 良好的组织、沟通、协调能力和抗压能力
• 具备强烈的责任感和团队精神
• 能够用英语读写交流，熟练使用Excel，PowerPoint等办公软件
• 加分项：社团领导社会活动组织经验；基本软件编程能力
