• 始终如一地提供专业、友好和周到的服务 • 监管团队处理部门的一切事务，并确保遵循服务标准 • 通过升级销售并遵循预算指南来最大限度地提高收入 • 处理宾客关注的问题，并迅速专业地作出回应 • 平衡运营和员工需求 • 全面了解所有菜单项和促销活动 • 确保员工全面了解餐饮店提供的所有菜单项、配料、含量和制作方法 • 遵循餐厅政策、流程和服务标准 • 在提供餐饮时须遵循所有安全和环境卫生政策 • 上级主管安排的其它任务
• 有餐饮领域的领导经验者优先 • 要求有使用销售点终端系统的经验 • 要求能熟练操作计算机尤其是微软应用程序 • 有相关领域的本科/大专学历者优先 • 出色的沟通和组织能力 • 出色的人际交往和问题处理能力 • 高度负责和可靠 • 能够在节奏快、压力大的环境下出色地完成工作
