Product Visual Graphic Designer

Salary up to £37k (subject to skills and experience) + fantastic benefits including company bonuses, healthcare plan and generous pension scheme.

To help us reach our goals, we’re looking for a creative and ambitious Graphic Designer to join our Content & Creative team and help bring our products, services and campaigns to market — beautifully and boldly.

This is a hands‑on role for a designer who loves variety. You’ll work across digital, physical and packaging design, collaborating closely with brand, marketing and product teams to create work that’s visually striking, brand‑led and purpose‑driven.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

  • Support the creation of physical and digital graphic design concepts for products, services and campaigns.

  • Create compelling design concepts for new product website pages and campaign landing pages

  • Contribute to establishing the visual character, tone, and look‑and‑feel of products in assets in line with brand guidelines.

  • Research and interpret design trends, data, benchmarks, and customer insights to inform creative direction.

  • Use established tools, systems, and processes to analyse requirements and deliver design outputs.

  • Work alongside agencies to translate concepts into production‑ready artwork across digital and physical formats

Packaging & Production Support

  • Develop design ideas and prototypes to support packaging requirements.

  • Support quality assurance activities by ensuring design outputs meet required standards.

Documentation & File Management

  • Create, maintain, and back up design files, assets, and documentation to ensure accessibility and version control.

  • Prepare clear and accurate documentation to support handovers, production, and archival needs.

  • Use document and asset management systems to organise and retrieve design materials.

Stakeholder Support & Advice

  • Provide design‑related information and guidance to internal teams.

  • Respond to standard queries from colleagues, suppliers, or partners regarding design outputs or processes.

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and merchandising teams to support shared objectives.

Research, Continuous Improvement & Learning

  • Conduct research activities to support design development and innovation.

  • Contribute to capturing best practices, case studies, and design learnings.

  • Continuously build professional capability by staying informed about tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or a related field.

  • Typically 2 years of relevant experience in a design role.

  • Experience working with design tools, digital assets, and packaging design is desirable.

  • Experience of working with creative and production agencies
