Machine Operator Full Time 2nd Shift Job Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in meeting production goals while adhering to safety, quality, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and batch raw materials following approved formulations and production requirements. - Verify ingredient quantities and ensure proper documentation for traceability. - Operate batching equipment safely and efficiently. - Monitor and maintain quality standards during the batching process. - Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve discrepancies or issues. - Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines. - Record all batching activities accurately in logs or digital systems. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. - Experience in manufacturing or food production environment is a plus. - Ability to read and interpret formulas, measurements, and production schedules. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Basic math and computer skills. - Ability to lift 50 LB and stand for extended periods. - Bilingual candidates welcome (English-Intermediate level)
