? Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, empathetic, and dedicated caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily activities, ensure their safety and comfort, and contribute to a positive living environment.
? Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support mobility and transfers using proper techniques
Administer medications as directed and document accurately
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
Monitor residents' health and report changes to supervisor
Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Follow care plans and comply with state regulations
? Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Food Handlers Card
